Michelle Rick, Neighbor

A recent graduate of the University of California at Davis, Michelle formerly wrote a weekly column for the campus paper, The California Aggie. She also wrote for Tiger Tracks, the paper at Notre Dame High School in Belmont. An alumna of Bowditch Middle School,  she was a semi-resident of Foster City for several years and finds this highly sanitized, super-developed community endearing. Among her favorite spots in town are the dog park  library, and levee.

She likes Pop Rocks and popping bubble wrap, enjoys reading, and is trying to expand her vocabulary. She is currently nursing an unexplicable interest in pop culture and rock star memoirs.
