Kumon of Foster City
The Foster City Kumon Center practices a learning technique developed by Toru Kumon 50 years ago for his own son, who was able to do calculus by the sixth grade. Mr. William Kwon has been the proprietor of the Foster City Kumon Center since 1995 and also sponsors local youth sports. The center teaches students in preschool through the 12th grade.
