College of San Mateo will proudly raise a US flag that was flown during active duty (OIF) to honor our veterans and all service members and their families. Approximately 300 veterans, reservists and dependents of veterans are currently attending CSM. The college is honored to welcome home every generation of veterans, active duty military, and members of the National Guard and Military Reserve. Immediately following the ceremony there will be a reception in the lobby of the Health & Wellness Building (Plaza Entrance). The flag is a donation from Foster City resident, Captain Justin C. Erickson, son of CSM Business Instructor Cynthia Erickson.
