FREE San Mateo County Annual Foreclosure Resource Fair

San Mateo County is hosting its Annual Foreclosure Resource Fair on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Redwood Shores Sobrato Center for Nonprofits (350 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City).

The Fair will provide FREE help for homeowners currently in foreclosure OR underwater on their mortgage (mortgage debt exceeds the market value of the home).

  • Receive FREE foreclosure counseling and legal advice
  • Meet one-on-one with major mortgage lenders/servicers to discuss loan modification or refinancing
  • Learn about the latest programs and homeowner protections
  • Access information on public assistance programs and services
