- A resolution to approve and authorize the execution of an Affordable Housing Reimbursement Agreement with the Foster City Community Development Agency for the production of affordable housing in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000.
- A resolution to authorize the dissolution of the Arts and Culture Committee, Noise Abatement Committee and Senior Citizen Advisory Committee.
