Voting Results: Kiesel, Okamoto Win by Commanding Margins, Perez Narrowly Defeats Minkey-Selvitella for Third Seat

Only 65 votes separate challengers Perez, Minkey-Selvitella in final tally

Six candidates are looking to fill three open seats on the Foster City City Council in one of the most spirited town elections in recent history.

On the table below, you'll see vote-by-mail results, expected around 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, which are votes the county received prior to Nov. 1. The early voting numbers, which represent voting in areas that do not have ballot box locations, are expected around 8:30 p.m. The election day tallies are the actual votes that are cast on election day at the various county election polling locations.
