The California Highway Patrol has issued high wind advisories for three bridges in the Bay Area this morning, a CHP officer said.
Advisories are in effect for the Bay Bridge, the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, and the San Rafael-Richmond Bridge, Officer Peter Van Eckhardt said.
The CHP is advising motorists to be alert and to hold on to the wheel with both hands, Van Eckhardt said.
