Friday, Oct. 5, 2012
2:51 a.m. - Possession of Alcohol By Minor - Officer initiated activity at Windsurfer Park, E 3D Ave. Two minors were both cited and released for being minors in possession of alcohol.
12:58 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Erckenbrack Park on Niantic Dr. 2nd hand report to the school of 2 males s inside a vehicle ifo park for over an hour. Contact made with gardners working at 825 Lurline. Checks fine. Subj's on lunch break.

2:40 p.m. - Lost Property - Occurred at Peninsula Jewish Community Ctr on Foster City Blvd. Rp at the front counter to report earring lost 2 months ago.
11:49 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Hwy 92/FCB. Area check for a white van with Tri-Com on the side, unk plt, which was observed swerving on Hwy-92 prior to exiting at FCB. Subject contacted at McDonalds, checks fine.

12:30 p.m. - Stolen Vehicle - Occurred at E/B HWY-92/N/B Edgewater. CHP requests Officers to respond to cover a solo CHP officer following a stolen vehicle. Two suspects in custody; assistance rendered.
6:07 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Grebe. RP rpts a large bro/blk dog that has been outside all day; appears to be limping. Dog checks ok; Kept at a neighbor's house until Animal Control can respond. Owner of the dog located prior to PHS arrival.
7:19 p.m. - Welfare Check - Occurred at Waterfront Pizza on Edgewater Blvd. Rp reports adult patron were smoking hookah and allowing their young child to also smoke. Middle eastern couple Male wearing a black sweater Female wearing a pink blouse. Male child. Subjects GOA/UTL and management advised.
10:09 p.m. - Assault - Occurred at Crowne Plaza Foster City on Chess Dr. Report of a fight between guests in a ground floor room. All parties contacted, medical declined, case taken for assault/battery with no prosecution desired.

2:54 p.m. - Welfare Check - Occurred at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Blvd. Welfare check requested on dogs left unattended in a vehicle parked in the handicap area. Dogs were OK, windows were cracked open and driver was admonished.
3:21 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Bridgeport Ln. RP reports that a neighbor asked him to call the Police because juveniles were throwing rocks at his residence from either the tennis courts or the pool. Juveniles were GOA/UTL. Resident contacted and there was no damage to the residence.
7:23 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Crane Av/Curlew Ct. RP reports that the driver of a silver or white mini-van "gunned the motor" and sped across Crane Ave. from Sandpiper Ct. into Curlew Ct. approx. 5 min. ago.

2:06 a.m. - Welfare Check - Occurred on Vespucci Ln. Out of the Country RP reports his wife texted him a photo of herself hanging from their banister. Resident checks fine, subject having marital issues and no merit to her suicide threat.
11:13 a.m. - Property Incident - Officer initiated activity at Foster City Blvd/Metro Center Blvd. Rp at PD to turn in found golf shoes.
12:27 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Rainbow Bridge on E Hillsdale Blvd. Anonymous RP reports 3 WMJ's skateboarding on top of the bridge's center divider.
2:55 p.m. - Graffiti - Occurred at Bicentennial Bridge on Beach Park Blvd. 2nd hand report of graffiti on the S/E corner of the walkway.
4:05 p.m. - Found Property - Occurred at Recreation Center on Shell Blvd. Anonymous R/P turned in a found wallet at the front counter. Wallet was found in the area of the Rec Center closer to the senior wing. Returned to owner and missing was $20.
