Police Log, Nov. 9-12: Vehicle Keyed, Tires Slashed Outside Costco

Friday, Nov. 9, 2012

8:28 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports her adult son is being disrespectful and she would like him to leave. Verbal dispute abated and subject packed belongings and left the residence.

6:19 p.m. - Found Property - Officer initiated activity at Chevron Usa, E Hillsdale Blvd. Chevron employee flags down Officer to turn over 2 found wallets.

8:11 p.m. - Noise Complaint - Occurred on Port Royal Ave. Noise complaint: loud music from a party. Contact made with subjects holding a birthday party: noise determined to be reasonable for the hour, subjects advised of the curfew and noise ordinance. 

11:49 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Crane Ave/Gull Ave. RP reports 2 juveniles placing a flower pot, pumpkins and a scarecrow in the middle of the street. Upon arrival, several juveniles seen running through Audubon School. Area checked with negative results. Debris moved to the side of the road.

Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012

7:25 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports she was struck in the face by male subject while in the pool. All involved parties contacted and case taken for assault & battery with no prosecution desired.

7:57 a.m. - Grand Theft - Occurred on Flying Cloud Isle. RP reports theft of a duffle bag left unattended in front of his vehicle within the last 15 minutes. Desc/black leather Louis Vuitton duffle bag containing gym clothes, Guicci loafers, Cartier sunglasses, Rolex Watch, Rolex ring and an iPad.

10:04 a.m. - Graffiti - Occurred at Recreation Center on Shell Blvd. Rp reports graffiti on the portable toilets left in the parking lot for this weekend's Regatta. 

Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012

8:29 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Pelican Ct. 3 pumpkins taken and a decorative scarecrow was thrown into the middle of the street. Occurred sometime between 2200 hrs and TOR. No damage to scarecrow. No report desired, info only.

11:03 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Bramble Ct/Halibut. Resident out for walk passed by a vehicle with its window smashed. Determined case was already taken on 10/31/12. 

1:51 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Blvd. Rp came out to his vehicle and found it was keyed. Rp believes driver and or passenger of an early 2000, blue, Toyota Celica GT may be responsible. Words were exchanged over parking spot. Lot checked clear. Occurred between 1310 and TOR; entire vehicle was keyed and 2 tires were slashed. Damage estimated at 8-10k.

10:29 p.m. - Battery - Occurred at Safeway Supermarket on E Hillsdale Blvd. Front counter RP reports being pushed and injured 3 hours ago as a result of a road rage incident. RP has already been to the hospital. 

Monday, Nov. 12, 2012

7:59 a.m. - Leash Law Violation - Officer initiated activity at Civic Center Dr. Dog owner contacted admonished/advised of leash law. 

8:11 a.m. - Property for Destruction - Occurred on Pinrail Ln. Resident requests pickup of ammunition for destruction.

2:27 p.m. - Hit-and-Run - Occurred at 99 Ranch Market on Foster City Blvd. Husband reporting for wife that as she was coming out of Ranch 99 about 30 mins ago their son observed an older Chinese male driver in a tan SUV back out and hit their vehicle and continue out of the lot. Wife is now at home. 

10:26 p.m. - Loud Music Complaint - Occurred on Sandpiper Ct. Repeat call for a light SUV parked in the court, playing music. Subjects are going into a nearby residence.
