Police Log, Nov. 13-15: Candy, Backpack, Video Stolen from Audubon School

Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012

8:03 a.m. - Commercial Burglary - Officer initiated activity at Audubon Elementary School, Gull Ave. Candy, a backpack, and a VHS video were taken between 1800 hrs on 11/09 and 0900 hrs on 11/10 via window.

8:06 a.m. - Shoplifting - Occurred at Safeway Supermarket on E Hillsdale Blvd. Manager ifo store with female who took a newspaper and put a piece of pizza inside, folded it and walked out of the store. No prosecution desired. Subject paid for item and was told by Safeway not to return or she would be arrested for trespass.

7:37 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at 99 Ranch Market on Foster City Blvd. RP reports an Asian female is screaming & chasing after her small child in the parking lot. Parents and child contacted and family dispute was mediated. 

Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012

11:11 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Antigua Ln/Baffin St. Rp reports a suspicious vehicle & subject who appears to leave quickly when noticed. Vehicle: White pick up truck with magnetic "utility service vehicle" signs on the sides and a yellow light on top. Driver: WMA, reddish hair, orange hat. Subject located at Barbados and Antigua, determined to be a contract PG&E worker. Subject advised of several more in the area today and tomorrow.

11:33 a.m. - Assault - Occurred on Lakeside Dr. Rp reports he was struck in the neck by a subject during an altercation earlier this morning. Rp refused medical aid and no prosecution desired.

12:38 p.m. - Found Property - Officer initiated activity at Windsurfer Park, E 3D Ave. Citizen flag down reporting a found passport.

1:23 p.m. - Graffiti - Occurred at Aaaaa Rent A Space on E Hillsdale Blvd. Report of graffiti on the back wall.

3:22 p.m. - Barking Dog - Occurred on Stilt Ct. 2nd hand report via RP's husband of a barking dog. A note was left on the door of the owner's residence and first hand RP was contacted.

5:48 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Nina Ln. RP reports her father is HBD and screaming at her. Both parties contacted and determined to be verbal only. Parties separated for the night. 

7:46 p.m. - Harassing Phone Calls - Occurred on Quadrant Ln. RP reports that her boyfriend is calling and threatening her. Case taken. An EPO was granted, served and entered into ROS.

10:54 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Bounty Dr. RP reports her neighbors are talking and laughing loudly. 

Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012

8:16 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Jamaica. Rp reports 2 males, claiming to be with PG&E, rang the bell asking to go into the back yard. Rp refused and called PG&E who could not completely verify they had employees in his neighborhood. Subjects contacted and determined to be contract PG&E employees. 

6:31 p.m. - Suspicious Vehicle - Occurred at Antares Ln/Perseus Ln. RP reports a male smoking from a pipe in his vehicle. Subject was waiting for a local resident.
