10:24 a.m. - Alarms - Occurred at Foster City City Hall on Foster City Bl. Panic alarm activated at City Clerk/Council Chambers. Checks fine. Activated in error by maintenance.
11:36 a.m. - Sign Removal - Officer initiated activity at Beach Park Bl/Foster City Bl. Two real estate signs removed.
2:17 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Bounty Dr. Resident at the front counter. Paypal account has been hacked by unknowns via the internet.
2:54 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Bowditch School on Marlin Av/Tarpon. Anonymous RP reports a darker complected male was driving his black SUV at a high rate of speed and last seen westbound on Marlin Ave towards Foster City Blvd.
8:50 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Marlin Av/Grebe St. Report of a dark sedan screeching its tires and speeding. LS heading from Grebe, on Marlin towards FCB.
11:16 p.m. - Assault - Occurred on East Court Ln. Report of a disturbance: male yelling on the balcony. Determined to be a verbal argument between a couple. Male half reports that he was the victim of assault; suspects are three BM's who fled the scene.

12:44 p.m. - Shoplifting - Occurred at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Bl. Redwood City resident was cited and released for petty theft.
6:31 p.m. - Possession of Marijuana - Officer initiated activity at Chess Dr. Citizen reports subjects smoking marijuana.
10:26 p.m. - Barking Dog - Occurred on Marlin Av. Complaint of a barking dog.

8:09 a.m. - ID Theft - Occurred at Foster City Police Dept on E Hillsdale Bl. RP at the front counter reports possible ID theft.
2:07 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstance - Occurred on Sandy Hook Ct. RP left home at 1045 this morning and just arrived home to find hot tub running and heated. Controls to unit are inside. Residence checked clear and no evidence of a crime.
