4:57 a.m. - Leash Law Violation - Occurred on Avalon Av. Report of a white dog loose in the street. Dog located and returned to owner.
11:26 a.m. - Leash Law Violation - Occurred on Pompano Cir. German Shepard off leash in park.
12:48 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Welfare check on dog inside vehicle with water but windows barely down.
2:53 p.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Dover Ln. RP reports a paddle boat floated up to her residence. Pickup request faxed to DPW.

11:07 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Catamaran. Male cell phone caller reports an altercation with his girlfriend in which he fell off the top of a vehicle after his girlfriend drove away. Caller's cell phone disconnected before providing additional information and there was no answer or voicemail on call back. Area checked with negative results for either party.
11:14 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Front counter RP reports having lost his wallet either in San Mateo, SF or Foster City on 05-17-13.
6:39 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Beach Park Bl. RP found a small black and tan dog running loose and has it temporarily contained. Transported to the PD & picked up by SPCA.
8:46 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Metro Center Bl. RP reports witnessing a male subject steal a box of DeWalt power tools, and flee in a small silver pickup with duct tape over the license plate. Area check made, UTL/GOA. Value of item was $500.

8:36 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Ursa Ln. RP reports his vehicle was burglarized between 05/21, 2230-0830 hrs todays date. Entry made via right front window smash. Taken was a Jansport backpack and a textbook.
1:48 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Ribbon. RP reports an orange dog running loose in the street. Golden retriever was transported to the Police Dept. pending pick up by SPCA.
3:21 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Front counter RP reports her wallet taken from a locker sometime between 1030hrs & 1100hrs today.
6:09 p.m. - Fraud - Occurred on East Court Ln, Fcy. Credit card fraud reported at the Front counter. RP will return with bank statements.
6:15 p.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Foster City Bl. RP reports 3 subjects trespassing in the swimming pool.

11:04 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on E Hillsdale Bl. Front counter RP reports unknown(s) took his credit cards from his office on 052213. They have since been used & cancelled. RP decided to return at a later time.
8:54 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Vintage Park Dr. RP reports his rental vehicle was broken into via rear window smash. Taken were 2 briefcases containing a Samsung 900 series laptop, a Nexus 7 tablet, a Samsung H50 phone and a Macbook Pro. Occurred between 1930 and time of call. Loss: $4,000.
