Police Log, March 8-10: iPhone With Pink Tory Burch Case Stolen

5:54 a.m. - Hit-and-Run - Occurred on Triton Dr. Off duty Officer on views a non-injury hit & run. Suspect vehicle was last seen southbound Highway 101. 

7:30 a.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports a suspicious HMA loitering in the business without patronizing for several days and is refusing to leave. Contacted, advised not to return and complied.

8:02 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Meridian Bay Ln. RP reports vehicle burglarized sometime between 1530 HRS yesterday and 0755 HRS today. Entry via front passenger window smash. Contents were rifled through but nothing taken.

8:29 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Meridian Bay Ln. 2nd victim vehicle located with a smashed window. Note and voicemail messages were left for the registered owner.

8:34 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Meridian Bay Ln. 3rd victim located. Entry via driver's window smash. Occurred sometime between 1800 HRS on 03/06/13 and 0800 HRS today. Stolen were a pair of $300 prescription Oakley eyeglasses and a $150 dark Garmin GPS unit. 

8:38 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Officer initiated activity at Meridian Bay Ln. 4th auto burglary victim located. Driver's window was smashed sometime between 2130 HRS on 03/07/13 and 0800 HRS today. Stolen was a $15 white Apple iPhone charger.

10:15 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Tower Ln. 2nd hand report of a stolen $600 white Apple iPhone with a pink Tory Burch case stolen sometime between 0930 HRS & 1000 HRS today.

11:40 a.m. - Vehicle Theft - Occurred on Meridian Bay Ln. RP reports unknown persons attempted to steal and burglarized her vehicle sometime between 1900 HRS & TOR. Ignition was punched and a $300 black car stereo was stolen. 

12:28 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Officer initiated activity at Meridian Bay Ln. Possible 6th burglarized vehicle located. Note and message on home answering machine were left for the registered owner.

2:03 p.m. - Property for Destruction - Occurred at Foster City Police Dept on E Hillsdale Blvd. Ammunition turned in for destruction. 

3:18 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Edgewater Blvd. RP reports her vehicle burglarized sometime between 2000 HRS on 03/07/13 and 1445 HRS today. Entry via rear passenger window smash. Stolen were a pair of $200 brown Prada women's sunglasses. 

6:38 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports his vehicle broken into within the past hour. Entry made via passenger side window smash. Taken was a backpack with miscellaneous items.

8:26 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Vintage Park Dr. Entry via drivers & rear passenger window smash. Occurred between 1725 and time of report. Taken was miscellaneous clothing valued at $200.

11:16 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Meridian Bay Ln. Pack of CD's taken from an unlocked vehicle. Occurred sometime between 2130 HRS on 03/07/13 and 0800 HRS 03/08/13.

2:19 p.m. - Assault - Occurred on Haddock. RP's 17yo niece assaulted her. Subject was arrested and transported to juvenile hall.

5:28 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Edgewater Bl/Beach Park Bl. Report of a beige Mazda sedan weaving and being driven recklessly. Driver contacted, not intoxicated, DMV re-examination form submitted.

12:29 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. WMA yelling at subjects inside the store. All parties contacted and subject given trespass warning by store representative. 

6:29 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Antigua Ln. RP reports her 25 year old brother pushed her after an argument. No injuries and medical attention declined. Advice rendered. NFPAD and RP will be leaving for the night. 

8:48 p.m. - Found Property - Officer initiated activity at Shell Bl/Metro Center Bl, Foster City. Officer locates a book and a pair of workout gloves.
