Police Log, March 29-31: $25K in Jewelry, Silver Stolen from Safe

3:40 a.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Rp advised he heard his vehicle alarm sounding 10 ago. When Rp opened passenger door the window glass shattered. Nothing inside vehicle disturbed.

7:34 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Rp reports her vehicle was burglarized sometime between 3/28/13 2019hrs & tor. Entry gained via rear driver side window smash. 

8 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Foster City Bl. Officers locate a 4th auto burglary victim. Occurred between 3/28/13 2300hrs at TOR. Entry gained via rear and passenger side window smash. Witness contacted and advised of an alarm sounding between 0230 & 0300hrs today.

8:41 a.m. - Assault - Occurred on Albacore Ln. Rp reports, as she was leaving her residence, a male subject took a photo of her & her vehicle. When she confronted him, he pushed her. Case taken for assault and battery with no prosecution desired.

10:40 a.m. - Grand Theft - Occurred at Marina Point on Beach Park Bl. Jewelry taken from combination safe and sterling silver taken from drawer. Occurred sometime between January to early March of this year. Est. loss of $25k. 

10:56 a.m. - Residential Burglary - Occurred on Beach Park Bl. Local residents passing by noticed front door kicked in, Rp's husband looked inside and saw residence appears to have been ransacked. Resident contacted, so far determined .38 cal special missing. Occurred between 3/24/13 1600 hrs and TOR. Front door boarded/secured.

7:40 p.m. - Counterfeit Items - Occurred at CVS Pharmacy on E Hillsdale Bl. Two BFA's purchased items using $60.00 in counterfeit $10.00 bills, returned the items for cash refund in San Mateo, then made a purchase in San Carlos with counterfeit bills. Rp will check to see if BF's have been to RWC CVS for refund of goods from San Carlos. Rp has video, as do the other CVS stores.

10:38 a.m. - Residential Burglary - Occurred on Marlin Ave. Rp reports his residence was burglarized sometime between 03/26/13 & 03/28/13. Entry gained via front door smash and nothing taken. 

11:38 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on E Hillsdale Bl. Rp reports theft of both license plates from his rental car sometime between yesterday and TOR. SVS entry made.

3:11 p.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred at Fosters Landing Apartments on Bounty Dr. HM, 30-40'S, no facial hair, wearing a medical gown and torn jeans, seen walking on driveway near PJCC. Area checked. UTL subject.
