Police Log, June 4-6: Man Shoots BB Gun at Blackbirds

1:14 a.m. - Graffiti - Officer initiated activity on Beach Park Bl/Teal. Officer locates graffiti on the outhouse next to the pier.
10:02 a.m. - Embezzlement - Occurred on Vintage Park Dr. 2 contract employees embezzled money by forging company checks and time slips. Both cooperative and were interviewed/released.
10:31 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Shell Bl. Subject on bicycle accused of hitting a parked vehicle causing a dent. Vehicle owner confronted bicyclist who is denying denting vehicle and now both parties are verbally arguing. Both parties contacted, situation mediated.
6:29 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on E 3D Av. Front counter RP reports that his vehicle was burglarized on 05-28-13 between 1700 - 1745 HRS. Entry was via passenger window smash and employer's laptop was stolen valued at $3000.
11:45 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Catamaran. Report of two subjects in a boat, loud and possibly intoxicated, on the lagoon between Catamaran Park and Lido Ln. Subjects contacted, are paddling to shore after their motor died. Boat moored overnight, to be collected tomorrow.

8:17 a.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Foster City Bl/Triton Dr. Report of a minor injury accident.
8:26 a.m. - Animal Call - Occurred at Catamaran/Shell Bl. Report of a small white dog running S/B on Shell.
11:04 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Lakeside Dr. Front counter RP had $250 from her wallet stolen on 052213 while at work & has now discovered unknown(s) have made $2,500 in unauthorized purchases against her credit card.
2:19 p.m. - Found Property - Occurred at Foster City Police Dept on E Hillsdale Bl. Front counter RP turning in a passport found in San Mateo.

9:20 a.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Edgewater Bl. RP reports unknown(s) broke a plate glass window and damaged the door frame sometime between 6/5/13 @ 1500hrs and 0900hrs today. Loss approx. $1000-$1500.
1:59 p.m. - City Ordinance Violation - Occurred at Edgewater Bl/Beach Park Bl. RP reports a WMA was shooting at black birds with a BB gun. Subject appears to have gone inside his residence. Subject contacted, advised of the city ordinance and admonished.
3:43 p.m. - Suspicious Vehicle - Occurred on Shell Bl. RP reports a subject possibly living in a black & white vehicle in the parking lot. Subject is an employee of a restaurant in the shopping center and admonished regarding painting his vehicle.
7:36 p.m. - Bike Theft - Occurred on Sea Spray Ln. RP reports her green Dahon folding commuter bike was stolen from the parking garage sometime in the past week. Occurred between 052413 1900 hrs and today's date 0945 hrs. Loss: $300.
