12:07 a.m. - Outside Agency Assist - Occurred at Hwy 92/CHESS Dr. RP reports a possible drunk driver who was last seen westbound on the San Mateo Bridge at the top of the high rise. Area checked with negative results.
3:01 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Taurus Dr. RP reports unknown(s) threw rocks at her residence breaking a window and damaging blinds.
5:38 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Compass Ln/Beach Park Blvd. Anonymous RP reports a group of juveniles playing "tag/chicken" with vehicles on Beach Park Blvd. between Compass Ln. & Shell Blvd. Juveniles were admonished.
9:02 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred at Halibut/Marlin Ave. RP reports his vehicle was just vandalized with WD-40 and toilet paper, and the subjects ran into 1306 Marlin. Subjects contacted, admitted TP'ing the car, were admonished, cleaned off the car, no damage sustained.

9:30 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Officer initiated activity at Foster City Police Dept, E Hillsdale Blvd. Officer locates a female near the fire tent yelling and screaming. Checks clear, determined to be singing.
10:41 a.m. - Animal Call - Occurred at 99 Ranch Market on Foster City Blvd. Report of a vehicle parked with dog inside without the windows open.
5:35 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Loon Ct. RP reports his home was vandalized. Time frame Wednesday-Time of Report. Egged, feces/urine put into mailslots and on door and a bucket of paint splashed on the outside of the home.

1:12 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Bounty Dr. Loud party reported.
9:41 a.m. - Noise Complaint - Occurred on Ranger Circle. Complaint of loud basketball playing.
11:47 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Spinnaker/Catamaran. RP reports her juvenile son was followed by a subject in a white Cadillac while he out walking the dog. At no time did the subject attempt to speak to, or approach the juvenile. Advice given to mother and son.
8:17 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred at Crowne Plaza Foster City on Chess Dr. RP reports she left her cell phone unattended in an event room during an event and it was taken.
10:28 p.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Rock Harbor Ln. Security reports two subject in the pool drinking who are refusing to leave. Subjects contacted, admonished and are leaving.
