Police Log, June 18: Laptops Stolen from Office

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

7:17 a.m. - Commercial Burglary - Occurred at Icon Professional Services on E Hillsdale Blvd. RP reports pry marks on the door and her laptop is missing from her office. Loss is an unknown number of laptops, pending all employees arrival to work.

8:56 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Haddock. RP at the front counter would like to speak with an officer regarding two suspicious subjects in a black vehicle that approached him about buying his car. Occurred around June 12.

1:43 p.m. - Citizen Assist - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. RP at the front counter requests to speak to an officer regarding information he gave to a subject regarding a rental house on Craiglist. No loss; advice rendered. 

2:01 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Widgeon. RP at the front counter reports he was notified by the IRS that someone filed a tax return under his name.

2:49 p.m. - Credit Card Fraud - Occurred on Compass Lane. RP at the front counter reports unknown(s) used her credit card.

3:13 p.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Edgewater Blvd./E Hillsdale Blvd. Report of an unknown injury accident vehicle vs a motorcycle. Fire and medics also responding. Case taken for minor injuries. 

6:33 p.m. - Resisting Arrest - Occurred on Nimitz Lane. RP reports her son has returned and is more intoxicated than last night. Subject is in the backyard. 

11:39 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Biscayne Ave. Report of a two small dogs running loose.  Dog returned home to owners.
