8:43 a.m. - City Ordinance Violation - Officer initiated activity at Recreation Center, Shell Bl. Officer makes contact with vendors without a permit. Subject's admonished and left the area. 
10:53 a.m. - Civil Dispute - Occurred at Safeway Supermarket on E Hillsdale Bl. Rp reports he was sold a "fraudulent" gift card and the store is refusing to take it back. Rp could not provide the gift card and situation mediated.
12:53 p.m. - Commercial Burglary - Occurred on E Hillsdale Bl. Rp reports unknown(s) broke the lock and took the contents of the laundry cash machine. Exact loss is unknown at this time. Occurred between 06/12/13 2100hrs & 1230hrs today.
3:49 p.m. - Property for Destruction - Occurred on Sanderling. Rp requesting to turn in a firearm for destruction. Rohm .22 caliber pistol booked into property for destruction and AFS entry made.

11:16 a.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on East Court Ln. 2 credit cards opened in RP's name and a rental car outstanding.
12:49 p.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Chess Dr. Interior check requested. Subject seen running from bldg. Subject located and advised not to return by management.

8:39 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Foster City Bl. RP reports 2 subjects asleep in the sauna. Subjects contacted, one determined to be a resident and both were admonished.
5:08 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Shell Bl. Report of a tennis court net cut down and thrown in the lagoon, sometime between 2200 6/14/13 and TOR. 
7:14 p.m. - Bike Theft - Occurred on Marlin Av. RP reports having observed two WMJ's cut his bike lock and attempt to steal his bike.

12:22 p.m. - Commercial Burglary - Occurred on Chess Dr. RP reports having missed call from his alarm company last night who did not call PD. RP has since discovered an apparent burglary in which an undetermined amount of power and hand tools have been taken.
6:35 p.m. - City Ordinance Violation - Occurred on Shearwater Isle. RP reports that something producing "lots of suds" was dumped in the lagoon and is drifting south past her residence.
