Police Log, July 30-31: Man With Angry Birds Backpack Dines and Dashes at IHOP

10:41 a.m. - Residential Alarm - Occurred on Constitution Dr. Audible burglar alarm at a residence. Activations from the front door, garage door leading into the house and living room motion detector. Front door secure. Officers unable to check the rear due to a large dog. It appears the dog has access inside & outside, alarm possibly set off by dog. 

10:59 a.m. - Threat Case - Occurred on Sea Spray Ln. RP reports bodily threats made against him. Possible suspect info. No merit to the call.

1:07 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at E Hillsdale Blvd./Edgewater Blvd. RP reports a light complected HM following their vehicle and screaming at them. Subject was last seen northbound on Edgewater Blvd. while RP was still on the phone. RP was contacted and advice rendered.  

2:43 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Nantucket. RP reports that a window screen has been damaged and may be related to the previously reported burglary (case # 2012-1023). Screen was damaged by an animal and no crime occurred. 

5:08 p.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Edgewater Blvd./Hwy 92. Injury collision reported. FCFD & AMR responded.

6:55 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Portofino Ln. RP reports that unknown person(s) stole her RE/Max real estate sign sometime in the past 3 hours. RP's photo and phone number is on her sign should it be recovered.

7:15 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Jibstay Ln. RP reports receiving a letter from American Express advising that identity theft was attempted using his information.

8:43 p.m. - Defrauding an Innkeeper - Occurred at IHOP on Foster City Blvd. IHOP reports a subject ate and refused to pay then left. Subject described as WMA w/blonde hair and beard, wearing and Angry Birds back pack carrying a blanket. Subject left on foot toward Valero.  

9:07 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred at Vb Golf Llc D.b.a. Mariners Pt on E 3D Ave. RP reports his vehicle was broken into while parked at the Golf Course. Time frame 2000-2100hrs. Entry gained via broken right front window. Taken was a Black Lenova Laptop, iPad and Briefcase $2800 loss.

9:39 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Officer initiated activity at Vb Golf Llc D.b.a. Mariners Pt, E 3D Ave. Vehicle broken into at the Golf Course. Entry gained via window smash. Loss Laptop and Laptop bag and misc clothing.

12:29 a.m. - Stalking - Occurred on Gull Ave. RP reports that her ex boyfriend is outside her home screaming threatening statements and throwing rocks at her window. Case taken for harassing phone calls & Stalking. 

8:02 a.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred on Lakeside Dr. Report of an injury accident in the parking lot. Fire and Medics enroute. 

1:46 p.m. - Loud Music Complaint - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. Loud music reported from a unit next to the swimming pool.

6:27 p.m. - Residential Burglary - Occurred on Altair Ave. RP reports that her residence was burglarized sometime between 0700 HRS & 1820 HRS today. Entry was via an open window. Stolen was $800 cash, prescription medication & jewelry from a locked safe.
