Police Log, July 27-29: Tools, Sewing Machine Stolen from Storage Locker

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, July 27, 2012

11:25 a.m. - Animal Call - Occurred at Orchard Supply Hardware on Metro Center Blvd. RP requesting a welfare check on a dog locked inside a vehicle. Owner contacted/admonished and dog checks fine.

3:52 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Commons Ln. Purse containing passport was taken from unlocked vehicle.

6:06 p.m. - Harassing Phone Calls - Occurred on Turnstone Ct. RP and 16 yro daughter have been receiving phone threats from her 17 yro ex-boyfriend after breakup. Did not meet criteria. Ex-boyfriend contacted and advised not to contact further and will comply. 

11:34 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. House guest has been drinking and is refusing to leave.

1:31 a.m. - Barking Dog - Occurred at Treasure Isle (Birds) on Lark Ln. Dog barking in the back yard.  

1:11 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Beach Park Blvd. RP reports that unknowns rummaged through the storage area at his carport. Storage area was unlocked. Nothing taken and no report desired.

3:36 p.m. - Fraud - Occurred on Edgewater Blvd. Front counter RP reporting he needs an officers signature regarding a fraudulent phone bill.

8:48 p.m. - Residential Burglary - Occurred on Sea Spray Ln. RP reports her hallway storage locker was broken into by removing the door hinges. Taken was a box of tools and a sewing machine

9:27 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Killdeer Park on Killdeer Ct. Report of juveniles screaming in the park. Subjs along with adults were contacted and admonished.

10:14 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Catamaran. R/P's boat seems to have been moved again by unknown(s).

2:30 p.m. - Residential Burglary - Occurred on Gull Ave. RP reports unknown person(s) entered her bedroom sometime between 2100 HRS on 07-27-12 & TOR and stole her silver MacBook valued at $1500. Entry was via the master bedroom slider.

10:17 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Edgewater Blvd. Uncooperative 911 Caller reports her ex boyfriend is refusing to leave her home. Verbal only abated.
