Monday, July 23, 2012

2:44 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Officer initiated activity at Foster City Laundromat, Beach Park Blvd. Unsecured business located. Message left for owner and Business secured.

1:32 p.m. - Non-Injury Crash - Occurred at Edgewater Blvd./Ram Lane. RP reports a female driver in a white car ran him over and destroyed his skateboard. RP was not injured  and the driver left without offering restitution for his property.

2:09 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Sea Cloud Dr/Pitcairn Dr. Black Ford Mustang parked with undercarrage/gas tank almost on the ground. Appears R/O is aware..area had duct tape on it. Message left for R/O to be sure.

8:42 p.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Sea Spray Lane. Teenage boy and girl using complex pool being non residents. RP calls back advising subjects left prior to dispatch.

4:56 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at E Hillsdale Blvd./Center Park Lane. Advice requested at the Front Counter regarding a traffic altercation that occurred approx. 5 minutes ago. Advice was rendered.

9:32 p.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Halibut. RP reports an unknown female continually knocking on their door and looking into windows. Contact made with subject who was attempting to contact RP regarding purchasing an item. Checks fine.

11:33 p.m. - Traffic Hazard - Officer initiated activity at Triton Dr/Pilgrim Dr. Stop sign is twisted and not visible to traffic. Temporary stop signs placed and email sent to Engineering.

3:20 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Rock Harbor Lane. RP reporting hearing a car alarm sounding and seeing two subjects run off. Vehicle checks fine, Juveniles associated to the R/Os caused alarm to sound. 

4:24 a.m. - City Ordinance Violation - Officer initiated activity at Marlin Ave/Catamaran. Complaint of a Commercial Tour Bus parked in residential parking. Vehicle cited after it was marked for Observation. 

10:12 a.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Marquette Lane. RP at the front counter reports his vehicle was keyed sometime between 7/10/12 @ 1900hrs & 07/11/12 @ 0900hrs.

5:54 p.m. - Hit-and-Run - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports his burgundy Nissan Titan was struck in the parking lot to the rear of the building. Occurred this date btwn 0730-1300hrs. 

7:59 p.m. - Health & Safety Code Violation - Occurred at Edgewater Place on Edgewater Blvd. RP reports listed vehicle occupied by 6 male subjs in their teens or early 20's, was driving erratically and smelled of marijuana. 

8:42 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Catamaran. RP reports the theft of his blue and white Seahawk 5 paddle boat, worth $400, sometime between 0600 hrs on 7/22/12 and TOR.

5:50 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Meridian Bay Lane. Report of a black Ford Focus in a visitor spot near the entrance which has had its passenger side window smashed. Owner located. Taken was a helmet, boots and gloves valued at approx $ 300. Occurred between 07/25/12 2100hrs & TOR.

6:11 p.m. - Animal Call - Officer initiated activity at Edgewater Blvd./E Hillsdale Blvd. Sgt locates a small brown dog running in and out of traffic creating a traffic hazard. Animal Control to handle.

7:38 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Farragut Blvd. RP reports 2 AMA's 20-30yrs were taking photos with zoom lenses of a house across the street. Subjects left in 2 white vehicles 10 minutes prior to calling. Area check made with negative results.
