Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013

3:23 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on East Court Ln. Report of a subject sleeping in the pool area. Resident advised of pool hours and is going home.

9:17 a.m. - Lost Property - Occurred on Edgewater Blvd. Front counter RP reports having lost a wallet at 1700 hours 022513. RP called back to advise he found his wallet.

7:41 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Corvus Ln. Front Counter RP reports ID theft.

9:20 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred at Williams Ln/Port Royal Ave. Found glasses turned in at the front counter. Rp believes they may belong to a subject contacted a couple of days ago since they were found in the same area as incident 130225080. Booked for safekeeping.

6:07 p.m. - Animal Calls - Occurred at Beach Park Bl/Cutter Ln. RP reports that her dog was bitten by another dog and the other dog's owner did not exchange any information. Other dog owner is an Asian female, late 30's to early 40's, short ponytail, with an Alaskan Husky.

8:57 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports an altercation with a subject over a parking space. Subject threatened to stab the RP if he called the police and then left.

Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013

8:43 a.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Beach Park Blvd. RP reports his vehicle broken into sometime between 2/27/13 2000hrs & 0815hrs today. Taken was a Mio GPS unit and other miscellaneous items.

12:28 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Tampa Ct. Front counter RP reports theft from unsecured vehicle between 022713 2200 & 0800 this morning. Taken was an IPod, a money clip with $40.00 in cash and a miscellaneous card.

6:05 p.m. - Heath and Safety Code Violation - Occurred on Shell Blvd. Second hand report of teenagers smoking to the rear of the business. Teenagers on scene, however, no evidence of smoking marijuana.

6:29 p.m. - Credit Card Fraud - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. RP reports credit card fraud that occurred yesterday between 1023 HRS & 1100 HRS. Loss was $400.
