Police Log, Feb. 1-3: Car Keyed While Parked at Costco

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Feb. 1, 2013

10:45 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred at Melbourne/Antigua Ln. Rp found a garage remote while out for a walk. Determined to belong to a neighbor and Rp to return it.  

2:34 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred at Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Blvd. Vehicle was keyed while parked in the lot. Occ'd between 1345-1410hrs.

8:05 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Edgewater Blvd. RP rpts her neighbor had what looked like a Glock in his hand and pointed it at her direction. On-going neighbor dispute; both parties contacted and situation mediated.

Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013

7:38 a.m. - Commercial Alarm - Occurred at Taco Bell on Triton Dr. Audible alarm reported. Set off in error by an employee.

11:55 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Beach Park Blvd. Front counter Rp found a wallet in the parking lot Thursday night. Owner located and released to owner from the station. 

2:58 p.m. - Fraud - Occurred on Admiralty Ln. Rp rpts an unauthorized $3300 charge on her Best Buy credit card.

7:47 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Chevy's Mexican Restaurant on Edgewater Blvd. Dispute over parking outside the restaurant.

Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013

9:45 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Rock Harbor Ln. Rp states hearing two females in loud heated argument and items heard being smashed/broken. Contact made with mother/daughter. Verbal only. Situation mediated. .

10:16 a.m. - Health & Safety Code Violation - Officer initiated activity at Beach Park Blvd/Farragut Blvd .Driver, a Boulder Creek resident, was arrested for possession of marijuana (Over 28.5 grams), suspected psilocybin mushrooms, and prescription pills (without a prescription). Passenger, a Foster City resident, was arrested for possession concentrated cannabis.

10:25 p.m. - Reckless Driving - Occurred at Hwy 92/FCB. RP via CHP reports a black Pontiac 4 door vehicle, WMA driver, swerving on the freeway and exiting at FCB, unk direction after that.
