Police Log, Aug. 3-6: Mustached Man With 'Fist Full of Money' Reported Suspicious

2:31 p.m. - Non-Injury Crash - Occurred at Promontory Point Ln/E Hillsdale. Report of a possible non-injury accident blocking traffic W/B on Hillsdale.

4:16 p.m. - Incorrigible Juvenile - Occurred at Foster City Bridge on Foster City Blvd. Report of 2 WMJ'S, 14-16 skinny blonde shaggy med length wearing swimming trunks, that appear they are going to jump into the water from the bridge.

4:39 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred at Vb Golf Llc D.b.a. Mariners Pt on E 3D Ave. Second hand report of suspicious male, NFD, in the parking lot area.  Subj GOA/UTL. Area checked and two vehicles located that had been broken into via rear window smash. Taken was a black Dell laptop computer. Determined occ'd within 30 mins prior to call.

5:17 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred at Vb Golf Llc D.b.a. Mariners Pt on E 3D Ave. Second hand report of suspicious male, NFD, in the parking lot area. Subj GOA/UTL. Area checked and two vehicles located that had been broken into via rear window smash. Taken was an iPad2. Determined occ'd within 30 mins prior to call.  

6:31 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Peary Ln. Resident at the front counter would like to speak to an Officer regarding a Craigslist barter/trade of cell phones. RP now believes the traded phone received may have been stolen.  

8:40 p.m. - Vandalism - Occurred on Ketch Ct. RP reports unknown person(s) chipped her son-in-law's front windshield along with "egging" the vehicle sometime in the past 4 days.

9:11 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred at Edgewater Blvd./Dorado Ln. RP reports a BMA, 20's , mustache wearing a blue checkered shirt & jeans is sitting on the sidewalk  talking to himself & holding a fist full of money. 

2:17 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred at El Torito on Vintage Park Dr. RP reports he found a subject not known to him inside his vehicle in the parking lot. Suspect desc/possibly a WMA, short brown hair, white t-shirt, dark colored baggy pants, tattoo's on his neck. Extensive area check made with negative results; nothing taken from the vehicle due to interruption. 

3:31 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Coronado Ln. (Hundred block.) Six juveniles picking up large river rocks and throwing them in the water.

6:53 p.m. - Credit Card Fraud - Occurred on Bobstay Ln. RP reports 2 females entered a store and tried to use his credit card number in Massachusetts. Stoneham PD contacted and victim to follow up with them on Monday. 

10:30 p.m. - Battery - Occurred on Blythe. RP reports her boyfriend was engaged in a fistfight with a suspect who stole his cell phone from his vehicle. Suspect was a WMA, 5'10", who was last seen driving towards Shell Blvd. in a gray or blue vehicle with a blond female passenger. Area checked with negative results and there was no answer at the suspect's residence.

12:05 p.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Foresail Ct. In dash Alpine car stereo, a 10" Kicker subwoofer, $10.00 in coin and a pair of "The Hundred" sunglasses were taken from unlocked vehicle. Occ'd btwn 0100 hrs and 1130 hrs this morning. Estimated total loss of $310.00.

10:03 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Lido Ln/Lido St. RP reports approx. 10 loud juveniles trespassing at the community swimming pool across from her residence. Resident and his guests were contacted and complied.

 7:10 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred on Mira St. Vehicle entered via unkn means btwn 2200 hrs last night 0530 this morning. Taken was a wallet containing ID and misc. cards, also taken was approximately $150.00 in cash and a Magellan Mistro 4242 GPS.  

10:38 a.m. - Graffiti - Occurred at Pompano Park on Pompano Cir. Parks reports grafitti located on back fence at the park.

11:22 a.m. - Petty Theft - Occurred at Recreation Center on Shell Blvd. Third time unknowns have broken into soda vending machine and took money and damaged the machine. Est. cash loss of $100.00.

2:13 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Officer initiated activity at Taurus Dr. Open front door located. Checks fine. Residents home. Door secured.

4:18 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred at Catamaran Park on Catamaran. Found dog located on Shell near Catamaran and dropped off at the Front Counter.   Humane Society was requested to pick up.
