Police Log, Aug. 13-15: Bicycle Stolen; iPad Goes Missing

3:13 a.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. RP reports her neighbor was outside screaming and throwing objects. 

8:11 a.m. - Bike Theft - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. WM 20's 5'9" carrying bolt cutters, cut the lock off a red 29" 18 speed men's diamond back bicycle and rode away. Occ'd within 5-10 prior to call. Unkn DOT. The stolen bicycle was valued at $600.00.

1:19 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Triton Dr. White Ford Taurus parked in back with dog inside and windows up. Owner inside vehicle with dog. 

6:44 p.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. RP reports a male is stalking her daughter because he is constantly in front of their apartment talking on his cell phone. All involved parties contacted and the male party is a neighbor residing at an adjacent building. Advice was rendered.

12 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on E Hillsdale Blvd. Resident reports female with a walker shouting between buildings B & C. LSW a pink sweater and plaid shorts. Subj contacted, checks ok and escorted back to her apartment.

2:59 p.m. - Lost Property - Occurred on Shearwater Isle. RP reports his iPad 2 was lost at approx. 0900 HRS today after leaving it on top of his vehicle.

8:32 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Compass Ln. RP rpts a suspicious subject hanging out & "staring into space" desc/ Male, green hooded sweatshirt, backpack, on a bicycle. 

8:37 a.m. - Barking Dog - Occurred on Beach Park Blvd. Barking dog complaint. No answer at the residence and a note was left. 

11 a.m. - Hit-and-Run - Occurred at Foster City Blvd./Triton Dr. RP rpts hit and run to his work truck. RP wishes to contact his supvervisor and declined a report at this time. Damage is minimal.

5:57 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred at Pitcairn Dr/Sea Cloud Dr. RP reports 2 suspicious WMA's, 20's or 30's, one with a beard (driver) and the other clean shaven (passenger) were parked across the street before they made a U-turn, parked next to him & opened their doors. RP was frightened and immediately ran without looking back to observe the subjects actions or DOT. Area checked with negative results and RP was transported home.

8:27 p.m. - Noise Complaint - Occurred on Catamaran. Approx 30 subjs running back and forth; child's birthday party. Contacted & complied.

10:58 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Compass Ln. RP rpts a verbal altercation; can hear a male screaming at someone. No answer at the door; note left.
