5:15 a.m. - Trespassing - Occurred at City Home East. Security Guard reports two subjects sleeping near the spa area of the private complex pool. Determined to be a resident. Security tresspasses subject for after hours use.

7:44 a.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Bounty Dr/Foster City Bl. Numerous reports of a subject down in the roadway. Vehicle vs. Pedestrian. Fire/Medics respond.

12:37 p.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Foster City Bl/Bounty. Multiple callers report an injury collision. FCFD & AMR responded.

5:29 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred at Ketch Park on Ketch Ct. RP reports that a large friendly black dog is off leash and roaming the park without their owner. Dog was detained and remanded into the Humane Society's custody.

8:53 a.m. - Citizen Assist - Occurred on Albacore Ln. Rp at the front counter would like documentaion that she observed the subject who assualted her walk by her residence while walking his dog. Advice rendered & incident number provided.

11:36 a.m. - Suspicious Vehicle - Officer initiated activity at Bainbridge/Blythe, Foster City. Citizen reports suspicious occupied vehicle. Contact made.

7:11 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Surfbird Isle. Dark gry BMW driven by young male habitually speeds on isle. Rp yelled to slow down and threw a rock at the vehicle hitting it. Rp exchanged words with the driver who then went inside residence at 242. Both parties contacted. Situation abated.

11:07 p.m. - Lost Property - Occurred at Safeway Supermarket on E Hillsdale Bl. Front counter rp reports a lost iPhone.

12:11 a.m. - Health & Safety Code Violation - Officer initiated activity at Vibe, Shell Bl. Foster City Juvenile Resident arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Curfew violation. Juvenile cited and released to parent. 

1:55 p.m. - Vehicle Theft - Occurred on Balclutha Dr. Rp rpts his Blue 2010 Nissan 370Z was stolen sometime between 03/11/13 @ 1700hrs -03/12/13 @ 0820hrs yesterday. Vehicle also has a red Carnegie Mellon sticker across the rear window. SVS entry made and BOL teletype sent.

7:48 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred on Vega Cir. RP reports that her husband is trying to leave the house with her work laptop and is threatening to break it. Both parties contacted.

12:06 a.m. - Possession of Marijuana - Occurred on Beach Park Bl. Rp reports a vehicle unknown to her is parked in their neighbor's parking stall. Vehicle is occupied by four subjects . One juvenile cited and released for possession of alcohol and marijuana. Juvenile and vehicle released to parent. 

12:01 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Port Royal Ave. Resident at the front counter reporting ID theft.

8:18 p.m. - Lost Property - Occurred on Matsonia Dr. Rp reports his whi kayak is missing and believes it was knocked loose by the wind. Last seen approx one month ago.

9:12 p.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred at Melbourne/Hanbury Ln. Report of a person attempting to enter the pool area/clubhouse. Determined to be a resident who had left his key in the pool area and was attempting to retrieve it.
