Police Blotter: Woman Angry Over Hot Spilled Coffee at McDonalds

Friday

3:47 p.m, McDonald's: FCPD received a report of female customer who came in irate and yelling at staff after spilling coffee in her vehicle after leaving drive up window. The situation was mediated.

Saturday

2:29 p.m., Spinnaker Cove on Sea Spray Lane: A man reported that a tan/white pitbull which attacked his dog in the past is off leash in the grassy common area between buildings 800 and 820. Owner of pitbull was contacted, warned and advised of previous report.

3:45 p.m., Waterfront Pizza: FCPD did a welfare check on two dogs in a crate inside a maroon Scion parked in front of Waterfront Pizza for around an hour. The vehicle was gone upon officer's arrival.

Sunday

12:49 a.m., Jibstay Lane and Cutwater Lane: Phil Harris of San Francisco was arrested for possession for sale, possession of a controlled substance and a no bail warrant held by San Francisco Police for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to country jail.

3:30 a.m., Meridian Bay Lane: Bay Cities Patrol was flagged down by a subject who appears to be intoxicated and has damage to his vehicle. William Mendoza of Tracy was arrested for DUI and transported to First Chance.

6:23 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard: A resident reported that another man is allowing his dogs to run loose on the pedway when another subject became upset with him and threatened him. Other subject also contacted police to report that his young children were almost bitten by the reporting person's dogs running loose. All parties were contacted and the subject was admonished.
