Police Blotter: Vandals Slash Tires of City Vehicle, 'Blue Paint' Taggers Hit Same Neighborhood Twice

Monday, Oct. 10
8:18 a.m., Crane Avenue: Taggers sprayed blue paint on a home near a garage door sometime after 7 p.m. on Oct. 9.
8:53 a.m., Dolphin Isle: Vandals slashed tires of a city vehicle sometime between 5 p.m. on Oct. 7 and 7 p.m. on Oct. 8.

10:13 a.m., Charter Square on Shell Boulevard: A female was bitten by a dog in the parking lot near the post office. The victim was transported to a local hospital by an ambulance.
10:40 a.m., Swan Street: Taggers sprayed blue paint along a fence facing Crane Avenue.

Wednesday, Oct. 12
9:31 a.m., Miramar Apartments on East Hillsdale Boulevard: Burglars stole two bicycles that were chained to cement pillar in garage area sometime after 7 p.m. on Oct. 2.
7:16 p.m., Killdeer Park on Killdeer Court: Police received a report of a person being chased by a small unleashed dog, but the dog was gone by the time the cops showed up.
Thursday, Oct. 13
8:19 a.m., Shell Boulevard: Burglars smashed through a rear window of a vehicle and stole a pink Sony laptop computer and an iPod touch out of the cabin.
9:47 p.m., Foster City Boulevard: A Foster City man was arrested for driving under the influence. Carlos Morales, 51, was taken to First Chance, a treatment center in San Carlos.
