Police Blotter: Teens Smoke Pot at Park, Man Falls Asleep on Motorcycle

The following information was supplied by the Foster City police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday

2:19 a.m, Safeway Supermarket: Report of a subject slumped over on his motorcycle asleep for two hours. Subject was contacted and was taking a nap.

11:04 a.m., Bank Of America: Bank employee reported that they had a customer who seemed intoxicated. San Mateo Resident Kevin Templin was arrested and transported to First Chance for DUI and the vehicle was released to passenger.

12:34 p.m., Farragut Park: A citizen reported that four to five teens were sitting on blankets and appeared to be smoking marijuana. Subjects were contacted, possessed medical cards and were advised not to smoke in the park.

12:48 p.m., Moonsail Lane: A welfare check was requested on a subject who threatened to jump off an unknown bridge. A case was taken.

Saturday

1:44 p.m., Windsurfer Park: The back lock to a storage container was reported gone and several equipment items were taken. A report was taken.

2:09 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard: FCPD received a report of four to five  juveniles running around playing with long rifle type guns. Contact was made, and all toys had bright orange tips. Boys were admonished and sent on their way.

Sunday

2:27 p.m., Highway 92 and Edgewater Boulevard: Andrew Croce of San Mateo was arrested for DUI and after being uncooperative at First Chance, was transported to County Jail.
