Police Blotter, May 23: Stepfather Steals MacBook Air, Cash

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

3:56 a.m. - Welfare Check - Occurred on Zumwalt Ln. Welfare check requested on resident. RP reports receiving disturbing emails from the subject who is under the belief his neighbor is harassing him and spying on him and advises he will take matters into his own hands to stop it.

11:20 a.m. - Citizen Assist - Occurred on Harvester Dr. RP states someone is putting garbage into her can and would like to speak to an officer.

12:03 p.m. - Non-Injury Crash - Occurred at Foster City Fire Department on E Hillsdale Bl. Report of a non-injury vehicle accident. Exchange of info between parties; no report desired.

1:13 p.m. - Vehicle Theft - Occurred on E 3D Ave. RP at the front counter reports he lent his vehicle to his roommate two weeks ago and it has not been returned.

2:09 p.m. - Non-Injury Crash - Occurred on Moonsail Ln. Report of a vehicle that has struck parked vehicles, a tree and is now on the lawn of listed residence.

2:55 p.m. - Grand Theft - Occurred on Killdeer Ct. RP reports that her daughter allowed her step-father into their residence and he subsequently stole a Macbook Air and cash.

6:22 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Emerald Bay Ln. RP reports an IBM laptop was taken out of her locked vehicle. Loss: $1,000.

8:49 p.m. - Injury Crash - Occurred at Crowne Plaza Foster City on Chess Dr. Auto vs. motorcycle collision reported.

10:12 p.m. - Disturbance - Occurred at Chevy's Mexican Restaurant on Edgewater Bl. RP reports five subjects arguing outside of Chevy's.
