9:29 a.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Sail Fish Isle, Fcy. Front counter RP discovered unknown(s) opened a cable account in his name in another state.
10:06 a.m. - Graffiti - Occurred at Foster City Bridge on Foster City Bl, Fcy. Anonymous voice mail message left for DPW reporting graffiti under the bridge.

10:09 a.m. - Animal Call - Officer initiated activity at Beach Park Bl/Foster City Bl, Foster City. Live snake removed from roadway.
1:23 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Pensacola, Fcy. Passerby reports an open garage door with no vehicles around. Exterior checks secure; door secured.

3:50 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Shad Ct, Fcy. Front counter RP realized he replied to phishing email in error with his personal info & requests advice.
3:53 p.m. - ID Theft - Occurred on Portofino Ln, Fcy. Front counter RP reports unknowns were attempting to open credit accounts in his name.

1:09 a.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - Occurred on Avalon Av, Fcy. RP reports she is home alone and unknown is banging on her front door and attempting to open the front door. Contact made with intoxicated female. Female was at the wrong house and taken into correct residence.
9:21 a.m. - Petty Theft - Officer initiated activity at Crowne Plaza Foster City, Chess Dr, Foster City. Citizen flag down reporting the attempted theft of a tire from his vehicle. No report desired and incident number provided.
2:11 p.m. - Auto Burglary - Occurred on Emerald Bay Ln, Fcy. Front counter RP reports cold auto burglary between 2230 05/19/12 & 1200 05/20/12 via passenger door pry. Loss was wallet containing a Visa card that was subsequently used in San Carlos.
9:46 p.m. - Health & Safety Code Violation - Occurred on Halsey Bl, Fcy. RP reports while walking his dog he passed a vehicle occupied by two subjects. Driver is an AFA with a HMA or BMA passenger wearing a hoodie. Subjects are smoking Marijuana. Subjects check fine, FI's taken, and no HS merit.
