Police Blotter: Man "Yells" at People on Hillsdale

The following information was supplied by the Foster City police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday

7:39 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: A resident reported that a white male adult wearing a blue windbreaker with Nike symbol on back and dark pants was yelling at people as he was walking down the street. Contact was made with the subject who was walking to
the bus stop and talking to himself.

3:32 p.m., Meridian Bay Lane: A woman at the front counter reported that her cell phone, landline and computer are being hacked by unknown suspects. An informational report was taken and advice was rendered.

6:19 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Foster City Boulevard: A man reported that he was being followed by a male driver yelling at him
The involved parties were contacted and admonished regarding their driving.

11:14 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: A welfare check was requested on an adult and two small children in a canoe in the waterway behind the Miramar Apts. The reporting person believed that it was too dark for children to be in a canoe at night. Subjects were contacted and  advised to keep their light turned on.

11:13 p.m., Chesapeake Avenue: A howling dog was reported by an anonymous resident who disconnected without providing further
information.
