Police Blotter: Man Brandishes Kitchen Knife on Pedway

Friday

11:09 a.m. Arco on East Hillsdale Boulevard: Sloan "flushing mechanism" in bathroom was reported stolen. A report was taken.

7:55 p.m., Crowne Plaza Foster City: Heather Graham of Modesto was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription

Saturday

6:32 p.m., Boothbay Park: Report of four off-leash dogs associated with nearby picnicers.

7:18 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Saratoga: Vanessa Ramos of Pittsburg was arrested for DUI and transported to First Chance.

8:12 p.m., Port Royal Park: A resident reported via translator that a white male adult, light colored hair, blue eyes, between 18 and 20 years old., 5"8 to 5'10", skinny build, wearing a light gray windbreaker with red stripes, orange/brown T-shirt and carrying a red and orange round gym bag, brandished an 8" kitchen knife at him. Crime occurred on the pedway behind the park and suspect was last seen walking northbound on the pedway. Areachecked with negative results. A report was taken.

Sunday

4:06 a.m., Crowne Plaza Foster City on Chess Drive: A guest of the hotel reported that other guests on the 5th floor (east tower) have been drinking, are being loud and slamming doors. Area check made and no signs of any guests being loud or involved in any arguments.

2:33 p.m., East Third Avenue: Assistance rendered to FCFD on a water rescue.
