Police Blotter: Gas Siphoning on Vintage Park Drive; Who Let the Dogs Out?

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, April 27

8:45 a.m. to 4:33 p.m., Catamaran Park, Beach Park and Farragut Boulevards, Windsurfer Park, Bounty Drive: Police received reports of five separate leash law violations within an eight hour period. Police admonished a tow truck driver for allowing his pit to run loose at Windsurfer Park in once incident. In another, a stray found at Beach Park and Farragut Boulevards was returned to its owner on the 600 block of Bainbridge Street after animal control was summoned.

Saturday, April 28

2:09 a.m., Crowne Plaza on Chess Drive: Police responded to a report of a fistfight involving three males, but none of the subjects wished to press charges.

3:08 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Norfolk Street: A Daly City resident was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Terrance Tsan, 19, was taken to First Chance, a San Carlos treatment center.

5:08 p.m., Costco Wholesale on Metro Center Boulevard: A Belmont woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting. Raquel Puentes, 43, was taken to county jail.

 

Sunday April 29:

3:49 a.m.,  Vintage Park Drive: Police responded to a report of gas siphoning. The incident occurred in the parking lot between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m.
