10:12 a.m., Crane Avenue: A jogger who was bit by off-leash dog told police he was stressed and might see a doctor.
5:22 p.m., Flying Cloud Isle: A Foster City man couldn’t report an emergency to police because a sales robocaller wouldn’t hang up. Police couldn’t contact the company making the unsolicited calls over the weekend.

10:30 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard: A South San Francisco man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Michael Valle, 23, was taken to First Chance, a San Carlos treatment center.

2:25 a.m., CVS on East Hillsdale Boulevard: An argument between two elderly men escalated into a fight. No injuries were reported.
4:05 a.m., Swordfish Street and Bonita Lane: A Foster City woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Angela Ha, 35, was taken to First Chance.

5:38 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard: A car burglar stole unspecified property valued at $70 from a parked car sometime after noon.
8:24 a.m., Orchard Supply Hardware on Metro Center Boulevard: Vandals tagged a wall near an Orchard Supply Hardware store.
8:54 a.m., East Third Avenue: Vandals tagged utility boxes in the parking lot.
