6:24 p.m., Comcast store on Edgewater Boulevard: Police received a report of a man wearing all black banging on their window and pacing in front of a Comcast store hitting objects in his path.

1:24 a.m., Foster City Mini-Mart on Shell Boulevard: Vandals shattered a store window but did not enter the store after an alarm sounded.

1:47 a.m., Pitcairn Drive and Melbourne Street: Police arrested three juveniles accused of smashing in the window of a parked car and stealing a purse from the front seat.
10:50 a.m., Rock Harbor Lane: A black Marin Power Trail 21-speed mountain bike with an REI sticker was stolen from a carport sometime after 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
4:12 p.m., Dog Park on Foster City Boulevard: The owner of an aggressive pit bull was uncooperative after being asked to keep his dog away from other dogs.

9:07 a.m., Beach Park Boulevard: The owner of a black and brown chow-type dog who bit a man didn’t exchange information with the victim. She is described as an adult in her 60s.
10:33 a.m., East Third Avenue: A laid off employee told police his Sennheiser headphones valued at $150 were missing from his belongings his supervisor packed.
11:29 a.m., Pompano Circle: A hit-and-run driver caused unspecified damage to driver’s side and rear of a parked car sometime after 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
2:26 p.m., Chess Drive: A burglar stole $2,000 worth of tools from an unlocked truck from a company site sometime between 4 p.m. on Dec. 23 and 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 27.
10:35 p.m., Shell Boulevard and East Hillsdale Boulevard: A Canadian resident was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Flaviu Chindris, 42, was taken to First Chance, a San Carlos treatment center.
