Police Blotter: Dog Fight and Suspicious Vehicle with 'Bullet Holes' Reported

The following information was supplied by the Foster City Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday

8:10am, Vintage Park Drive: Police cited San Mateo resident Felipe Apolinar Lopez, 41, for driving without a license.  

7:05pm, Marlin Avenue: Police responded to report of a male yelling and dog barking. The incident was determined to be a dog fight with one animal injured. Both dogs were leashed at the time of the incident and owners desired to handle it amongst themselves.

7:45pm, Rock Harbor Lane and Port Royal Avenue: Woman reported to police that about 10 minutes ago she saw two Hispanic males in 30's in a green older model Honda Civic with "bullet holes" in the drivers side, driving around and looking around the neighborhood. Police couldn't locate suspicious vehicle.

11:09pm, Flying Fish Street: Police respond to a report of white female in her 30's, heavy set wearing a black sweatshirt walking with a small black and white dog dog and an unknown color older BMW following her. Woman was talking with the driver of the vehicle as she was walking. She asked odd questions of the reporting party and continued walking. Police checked area with negative results.
