Police Blotter: Dog Attempts to Bite FCPD Officer

The following information was supplied by the Foster City police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday

11:52 a.m., Bounty Drive: While walking in the complex off leash aggressive dog attempted to bite an officer. Dog barked growled and snapped. Dog owner grabbed dog before further action taken. Two dogs were off leash, but only black & white Aussie mutt was aggressive. Owner was advised/admonished.

12:58 p.m., Brewer Island School: A woman reported that her Dell laptop (valued at $1000) was stolen. A report was taken.

8:16 p.m., Ribbon: A woman reported that her son's black Sims Junior Pro BMX bike & a white and black helmet were stolen from their open garage. A report was taken. 

9:05 p.m., Lucky's on Edgewater Boulevard: A person reported that a male driver was "weaving all over the road" from Highway 92 down to Edgewater Blvd. and was last seen driving into the Lucky's parking lot. Driver was contacted at his residence and was not intoxicated. Driver was admonished for falling asleep while driving.
