Police Blotter: Juveniles Move Picnic Table to Slam Dunk, Man Burns Papers Near Waterfront

Friday, Feb. 17

2:32 p.m., Bounty Drive: All four tires slashed while parked in carport. A report was taken.

8:35 p.m., Catamaran Park on Catamaran: A resident reported that juveniles have moved a picnic table onto the basketball court and are jumping off the table to slam dunk the hoop. Table was returned to its rightful location.

Saturday, Feb. 18

12:25 p.m., CVS Pharmacy: A resident reported that an Asian male wearing navy blue windbreaker and jeans was flagging down motorists and advising them not to drink and drive. Subject was contacted and admonished.

Sunday, Feb. 19

12:32 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Admiralty Lane: Nicholas S. Dillon of Foster City was arrested for drunk driving and transported to First Chance.

11:14 a.m., East Third Avenue: A woman reported that her iPhone was stolen in Burlingame and she tracked it to the parking lot at the end of East Third Ave. Cassidy Paganucci of Cool was cited and released for misappropriation of lost property.

Monday, Feb. 20

3:08 p.m., Bounty Drive and Foster City Boulevard: Jacky Chan transported to First Chance for DUI.

2:20 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard and Halibut: A resident reported a male subject burning papers near the water; could see smoke and flames. Subject located and admonished. Foster City Fire Department responded to extinguish a one square foot smoldering area on the levee.
