Police Blotter: Cops Nab Two for Outstanding Warrants, Three on Suspicion of DUI

Friday, Feb. 24
11:49 p.m., East Third Avenue: Police responding to a report of a speeding truck arrested a Pacifica man on suspicion of driving under the influence. Scott Anders, 31, was taken to First Chance, a San Carlos treatment center.

Saturday, Feb. 25
1:16 a.m., Foster City Boulevard and Marlin Avenue: A Foster City resident was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Huijen Shiau, 45, was taken to First Chance.

5:22 a.m., unspecified location: A San Mateo woman was arrested for driving under the influence. Dianna Doreen, 42, was taken to First Chance.
3:30 p.m., Foster City Boulevard and Balclutha Drive: Police arrested two Peninsula residents on outstanding warrants. Yevgen Golubenko, 31 of Foster City, was cited and released for an outstanding $1,500 warrant for driving under the influence out of Marin County. Yekaterina Zemskova, 28 of San Mateo, was booked into county jail on an outstanding $8,000 warrant out of Santa Clara County for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and destroying evidence.
