Monday:

9:24am, Foster City Boulevard: Woman stated her boyfriend was "freaking out and going crazy" because she was moving out. He is hurt himself by hitting and banging his head into the wall. Situation mediated, male  left for the day and did not fit the criteria for a 72 hour hold.

1:29pm, Crowne Plaza on Chess Drive: A blue Monte Carlo car was parked in the back side of the west lot with three subjects smoking marijuana. One subject was contacted with a marijuana medical card; others admonished.

4:32pm, Beach Park Boulevard: Person reported that a white male adult in his twenties, clean shaven,  wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans, was on the
pedway masturbating approximately one hour ago. Subject was last seen walking northbound on the pedway underneath the San Mateo bridge. Report taken on indecent exposure.

10:13am, Foster City Police Department: Power outage affected 1,000 to 5,000 residents; source of outage unknown. Signals at the intersection of East Hillsdale Boulevard and Shell were restored with a generator.

10:43am, Dog Park on Foster City Boulevard: Citizen spoke with an officer about ongoing inappropriate comments she had been hearing while at the dog park about a friend of hers. Advice given and informational case taken.

9:33pm, Valero on Foster City Boulevard: Foster City Resident Stacy L. Weible was cited and released for driving with a suspended license. Vehicle was impounded and an arrest was made.

9:47pm, Avalon Apartments on Marlin Avenue: Reports of suspicious persons possibly smoking marijuana in a dark Chevy Impala parked in the parking lot closest to St. Luke's Catholic Church. Subjects contacted, consented
to a search and no crime was discovered.

Wednesday:

9:26am, Foster City Police Department: Officer contacted a subject in the front of the Police Department taking photos. Subject checked out fine; was taking photos for a website.

11:22am, Vintage Park Drive: Richard Magana cited and released for driving on a
suspended license. Vehicle was left legally parked and an arrest was made.

2:20pm, San Mateo Bridge: 911 call received from a male who stated he was on a boat near Redwood City. None of the boats in the Bay appeared to be in distress. Coast Guard advised at 2:55pm that the caller and their boat were located. 

3:44pm, Foster City Library: Tatupu Tuaumu was cited and released for driving
on a suspended drivers license. Vehicle left legally parked an an arrest was made.

5:11pm, Dog Park on Foster City Boulevard: Report of Asian male adult wearing blue plaid shirt and jeans whose large tan dog was body-slamming smaller dogs in the small dog section. He become irate and yells when asked to control his dog
and keep him to the large dog section. All parties were contacted and mediated, a report was taken. 

7:40pm, Marquette Lane: Citizen reported graffiti on the side of their garage facing Charter Square. Tags were "sickle" and "dar." Graffiti was written with black spray paint sometime between 1830 HRS on 09/08/10 and today at 1830
HRS. Report Taken.

Thursday:

6:36am, Widgeon Road: Resident reported a large vehicle moving truck loading up an expensive car. Incident checked out fine; resident was transporting his vehicle

1:12pm, Brewer Island Elementary School on Polynesia Drive: There was a complaint of an ice cream truck soliciting in the area. After making contact with the vehicle, it was found to be operating with a valid business permit.

Friday:

6:20am, Flying Mist Isle: Assistance rendered to Foster City Fire Department on a medical call.

10:03am, Chess Drive: South San Francisco resident Amy N. Garcia was cited and
released for driving on a suspended license. 

5:32pm, Harbor Cove on Edgewater Boulevard: Staff at Harbor Cove reported that a resident had been especially belligerent towards them today, in person and on the phone. The subject was contacted in his apartment, and the situation was mediated.

Saturday

8:51am, Orchard Supply Hardware on Metro Center Boulevard: Anthony Hoyos, a
Hayward resident, was cited and released for driving while suspended.

Sunday:

10:22am, Swordfish Drive: Reporting person at the front counter stated that his former roommate was refusing to return the Comcast cable box in his name and a TV that belongs to him. Contact was made with the roommate, and the situation was resolved between the two parties.

5:17pm, Pilgrim Drive: Citizen reported a "hippie" car was parked in front of her residence. The vehicle was detirmed to be legally parked and advice was rendered to the citizen.

9:15 pm, base of San Mateo Bridge: The Foster City Fire Department was called upon to provide medical assistance to a boat in distress, but the situation "never escalated." The Foster City Police Department rendered assistance for a medical call on the pedway underneath the San Mateo Bridge. The subject was treated at the scene and refused further medical treatment. 

10:01pm, Highway 101 at Ralston: Newark resident Solomone Holameitong was arrested for driving under the influence, and transported to San Mateo County jail. Arrest made. 

10:16, Beach Park Boulevard: Residents reported having retuned home from a month and half long vacation to find their residence ransacked. There were no signs of forced entry, but a laptop, jewelry and two boxes of checks were taken.
