A car overturned on the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge early Wednesday, blocking lanes for about half an hour during the morning commute, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
The crash was reported in the eastbound lanes, east of the bridge's high-rise, at 6:24 a.m.
CHP Officer Art Montiel said the driver of a Honda Civic lost control for unknown reasons and the car crashed and overturned.
The two left eastbound lanes were blocked, according to the CHP.
No injuries were reported, and the crash was cleared about half an hour later, he said.
