Monday

2:30 a.m., Flying Mist Isle: Someone reportedly received threats from someone over the phone and on Facebook, likely from a fellow UC Davis student.

9:35 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Someone found an ATM card at the front counter.

10:11 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: A non-injury car accident happened.

1:37 p.m., Crane Avenue and Teal: Two Hispanic males were soliciting door to door and police advised them they needed a permit from City Hall. 

2:39 p.m., : Police cited Michael Beckmn, 21, a Union City resident, for driving with a suspended license. His car was impounded for 30 days.

5:17 p.m., Farragut Park on Farragut Boulevard: A woman reported that she saw an Asian male in his late 20s, wearing a dark green jacket and jeans, a wallet chain attached, and walking a small dog. He was talking to children and using a cell phone to video the scene. Later, the man could not be found.

Tuesday

2:25 a.m., Port Royal Avenue: Police found a red and black Mongoose bicycle and booed it into the Property Department for safekeeping.

9:16 a.m., , Metro Center Boulevard: Someone was laying on the ground after a minor accident with another car.

11:57 a.m., East Hillsdale and Shell Boulevards: Police cited and released Roberto Ramirez, 20, a Stockton resident, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license. His car was left legally parked.

12:35 p.m., , Triton Drive: Police cited Vanessa Franco, 18, a San Mateo resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

1:34 p.m., Spinnaker: Police received complaints of a dog barking and warned the owner.

5:23 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Gull Avenue: Police contacted a juvenile on probation who was carrying a knife and hanging out with against his probation his order. Police released him to his father.

Wednesday

8:25 a.m., Polaris Avenue and Arcturus Circle: Someone flagged down a police officer because the driver was locked out of the car.

8:49 a.m., Goldhunter Court: An unknown suspect stole a blue and white Kayak in February. It didn't not have an identification number.

10:46 a.m., Chess Drive and Foster City Boulevard: Jose Castillocardenas, 24, a San Jose resident, was cited and released for driving without a license. Police left his car legally parked. 

3:54 p.m., Niantic Drive: Someone complained that a resident was playing drums loudly.

5:25 p.m., Williams Lane: An unknown suspect broke into a home and stole ear rings, an iPod and other jewelry.

6:40 p.m., Anacapa Lane: An unknown suspect entered a two-story house, by removing a small screen. Then a teenager came down the stairs, saw the burglar and yelled. The suspect fled through the backyard and jumped a fence. Police searched the area with a K9 unit, but didn't find the suspect.

9:41 p.m., on Shell Boulevard: A woman reportedly tied a shirt around the front door, preventing other customers from entering. The woman, wearing a tan sweater and jeans, also had a dog with her that urinated on the floor.

Thursday

8:43 a.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Sea Spray Lane: Police arrested Larry Guinn, 39, a Daly City resident, for a $5,000 warrant out of the Colma Police Department.

11:19 a.m., on Foster City Boulevard: Someone reported that a man with a shaved head, in his 20s, wearing a black and yellow reflective jacket was walking and carrying a baseball bat. He was gone when police arrived.

12:06 p.m., Teal: A woman returned home to find a male minor leaving her backyard, who told her he was looking for someone. Then he took off running toward the levee. Police later arrested him on suspicion of prowling, resisting arrest, violation of probation and possession of stolen property.

2:54 p.m., Sand Harbor South, Beach Park Boulevard: A resident complained to police that a man in his 40s stole recyclables from her container for the second time. The man was driving an older model green Nissan pick-up. 

5:50 p.m., Barbados Lane: A woman told police that someone broke into her home by forcing open a kitchen window and later stole jewelry, a camera and cash.

7:56 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested Shalvin Forrest, 45, A Foster City resident, on suspicion of battering his wife, after he allegedly pushed and shoved his wife. He was booked into county jail.
