Monday

9:04 am, East Hillsdale Boulevard: Josue Chamale of San Mateo was cited
and released for being an unlicensed driver. Arrest made.

9:39 am, Edgewater Boulevard and Port Royal Avenue: Jesus Bogarinmagallanes of San Jose was cited and released for being an unlicensed driver. Arrest made.

10:57 am,  Saturn Court and Altair Avenue: An unnamed San Mateo resident was arrested and transported to First Chance for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Arrest made.

Tuesday

11:27 am, : Alexander Rozkin of Millbrae was booked into County Jail on a $7,500 DUI warrant out of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Vehicle left legally parked. Arrest made.

1:25 pm, East Hillsdale Boulevard and Promotory Point: Rodolfo Castillejo of Redwood City was cited and released for being an unlicensed driver. Vehicle left legally parked. Disposition: Arrest made.

4:32 pm, : Correne Ripley of Hayward was cited and released for driving with a suspended license. Vehicle left legally parked. Arrest
made.

11:12 pm, Surfbird Isle: FCPD received a report of a woman in a small dark SUV not familiar to the area, who had been sitting for at least 15 minutes outside a residence. Subject was contacted and determined to be associated with a nearby resident with whom she was meeting.

Wednesday

2:22 pm, Highway 92 and Mariner's Island Boulevard: Leopoldo Lubiano of Modesto was cited and released for driving without a license. Vehicle was left legally parked. Arrest made.

5:28 pm, : A person reported to FCPD that a tenant made a verbal threat and then left the office. Subject was described as white male adult,  5'8 and 195 pounds with sandy blonde hair, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. FCPD advised to call back if subject returns.

9:34 pm, Highway 92 and Metro Center Boulevard: Confiscated fireworks were dropped off at the for destruction.

Thursday

12:41 am, Edgewater Boulevard and Biscayne Avenue: Lisa Baugh of Foster City
was cited and released for driving with a suspended license. Arrest made.

2:04 pm, : School reported that unknown(s) had climbed on the roof and tampered with electrical wires, affecting the air conditioning system. There was no evidence of attempted entry and wires were already repaired. A report was taken.

2:42 pm, : A citizen reports the crossing guard seemed to be having problems with the lights not functioning. Traffic control was provided by FCPD until the area was cleared.

5:49 pm, Chess Drive and Foster City Boulevard: A citizen reported a hit and run with injury at the front counter of FCPD headquarters, along with suspect info. The citizen had followed the suspect's vehicle to San Mateo. A San Mateo Police officer located the vehicle in front of the suspect's residence, but no one would answer the door. A report was taken and an officer will attempt to make contact with suspect.

6:13 pm, Aruba Lane: A citizen reported a suspicious white male adult in his mid 20s, wearing a white shirt that has been loitering by his vehicle since 5 pm. Subject was observed shadow boxing and playing his stereo loudly. Gone on arrival.
