Interactive Crime Blotter Monday, Feb. 28 to Thursday, March 3: Employee Embezzlement Reported at Radio Shack

Monday

1:31 pm, East Court Lane: A woman reported that she witnessed a white male adult in his 20s with curly brown hair wearing a gray rain jacket with an orange hood urinating on a wall.

2:46 pm, : Store reported a theft of alcohol from Costco, loss totalling $69.90. Mayra Martinez and Kevin Kelly were cited and released for shoplifting.

5:41, Lord Nelson Lane: A woman reported that her friend was assaulted by two people known to them. Victim's hand was injured. Xavier Gonzalez of Daly City was cited and released from the station for Assualt and Battery and a female juvenile was transported to Juvenile Hall also for the same charges.

Tuesday

7:15 pm, Edgewater Boulevard: FCPD received a report of residential burglary. Entry was made via a broken bedroom window and two televisions and two bracelets were taken. Total value was approximately $1800. A report was taken.

Wednesday

8:05 am, East Hillsdale Boulevard and Altair Avenue: Martin Flores of San Mateo was booked into County Jail on a $5,000 warrant out of San Mateo County for DUI and cited for driving on a suspended license.

1:07 pm, Erickson Lane: A man reported that his rental home was vandalized.  with a broken front door, broken windows and holes kicked throughout the home.

5:26 pm, Edgewater Boulevard and Sea Spray Lane: Thomas Nassarre of San Mateo was cited and released from the scene for false evidence of registration. 

5:47 pm, : A citizen reported two white males drinking Bud Light beer in their vehicle. Violation was not observed and subjects were not intoxicated. Subjects were warned and released. 

7:08 pm, : Store reported that an employee has been detained for embezzlement of merchandise valued at $1000 over the past two weeks. Subject were interviewed at the station and released. A report was taken.

7:50 pm, Pitcairn Drive: A woman reported that her former employee entered her residence without permission using a key she still had in her possession. She was unsure if anything was taken. 

Thursday

5:58 am, Shell Boulevard: A citizen reported two male subjects wearing dark clothing breaking into a newspaper stand with a hammer. FCPD checked the area and was unable to find any damage or criminal activity.

7:31 am, Santa Catalina Lane: A man reported that his vehicle was broken into through a broken driver's side rear passenger window.  A black laptop bag containing an IBM laptop was taken, value estimated around $1,500. A report was taken.

12 pm, Vintage Park Drive: Thomas Geoghan of  Foster City was cited and released for displaying false registration.

3:19 pm, Sea Spray Lane: A citizen reported that a white MacBook, a Wii game system and approx 40 blu-ray DVDs were stolen from their home. A report was taken.
