Monday

6:32 am, Shell Boulevard and East Hillsdale Boulevard: A Foster City Police officer located a chair in the roadway and removed it.

1:04 pm, Prowshead Lane: Unknowns entered residence through the kitchen sliding glass door and took $500 in cash from a bedroom. A report was taken.

2 pm, : FCPD received a report of three students who threw water in a classroom and damaged a computer. The incident was determined to be a civil issue; one student confessed and will be paying for the computer.

3:05 pm, Ursa Lane: A resident reported that neighbors are doing yard work in their backyard and throwing all the clipping over their fence into the outside green common ways. Subjects contacted and admonished.

6:57 pm, Highway 92 and Chess Drive: Rear plate confiscated for false display of registration.

Tuesday

1:44 pm, : FCPD received a report of three subjects on bikes at the skate park who refused to leave. Subjects were contacted and admonished. 

5:12 pm, East Hillsdale Boulevard and Foster City Boulevard: FCPD received a report of a subject in a dark colored parka laying on the ground. Subject had either
fallen or was under the influence. A report was taken. 

10:39 pm, Constitution Drive: A man reported that his ex-wife kept calling his house because it was his day to have custody of their children, and requested that an officer ask her to stop. Contact was made with the subject via telephone. 

Wednesday

9:47 am, Blythe: An elderly Chinese man entered a backyard and removed recycling from cans, but was gone on arrival. 

1:31 pm, Hillsdale Boulevard: A woman's ex,  who she has a temporary restraining order against, passed by her business and mouthed words and gestures in violation of order. Troy Johnson was arrested for violation and booked into County Jail.

10:38 pm, Balclutha Drive and Foster City Boulevard: Joseph Brunner of San Mateo was arrested on two felony warrants out of the San Mateo County Sheriff's for commercial burglary and forging or altering a prescription drug and a misdemeanor warrant out of South San Francisco Police for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to county jail. 

Thursday

3:44 pm, Spinnaker: A woman reported returning home and finding her residence burglarized. Items taken included a Playstation 3, jewelry and cash. A report was taken.

Friday

1:35 am, Balclutha Drive and Foster City Boulevard: Leo Takamura of Foster City was arrested for DUI and transported to First Chance.

8:33 am, Shell Boulevard:  A man reported that he suspects his neighbors, who moved on Wednesday, took his cat with them. Advice was given.

Saturday

12:19 am, Detroit Avenue: Thomas M. Bickford of San Carlos was arrested for drunk driving and transported to First Chance.

1:19 am, Highway 92 and Chess Drive: Ridham Ghiya of Berkeley was arrested for driving under the influence and transported to First Chance. 

2:31 am, : Adam Metz of Dublin was arrested for driving under the influence and transported to First Chance. 

Sunday

1:39 am, Crowne Plaza: An employee reported a 10 person fistfight in the to FCPD. Subjects dispersed upon arrival.

11:08 am, Albacore Lane: A woman reported that a liquid substance was poured onto her vehicle and is causing paint on hood to chip off. A report was taken.

1:03 pm Highway 92 and Chess Drive: FCPD received a report of a foosball table in the middle of the roadway on Chess. 

9:27 pm, : Puiyu Kwok of San Francisco was arrested on a $20,000 misd warrant out of the Daly City Police Department and transported to county jail.
