Monday

5:28 a.m., Edgewater Boulevard: A woman walking her dog was approached by a soaking wet Filipino woman who had emerged from the lagoon and asked her for assistance getting back into her apartment. Police later aided the woman.

10:49 a.m., Round Table Pizza, Foster City Boulevard: A woman at Round Table Pizza asked to speak with police about being harassed in the parlor by some unknown subjects. She then saw the same group at people at Carls Jr., who then started harassing her again.

10:58 a.m., Gull Avenue, East Hillsdale Boulevard: An unknown suspect stole a side-view mirror from a car sometime over the last weekend.

12:56 p.m., Edgewater Boulevard: A 23-year-old daughter entered her mom's apartment earlier the same day and stole two bottles of prescription drugs along with $425  in cash. Police took the report, but the mother did not want to prosecute her daughter.

8:29 p.m., Shad Court: Police arrested a 24-year-old woman for being drunk in public in Shad Park, after her mother reported that she was out of control, screaming and hitting her parents.

9:31 p.m., East Hillsdale and Edgewater Boulevards: Two people were reportedly racing west bound on East Hillsdlae Boulevard. A silver BMW and a silver Mercedes. Both were gone when police arrived.

Tuesday

1:59 a.m., Bounty Drive: A black BMW was reportedly doing donuts in a parking lot, but was gone when police arrived. 

7:25 a.m., Mariners and Winward: Police cited and released Antonio Fernandezortega, 35, a San Mateo resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

10:21 a.m., Highway 92 and Edgewater Boulevard: Police cited and released Nicholas Rodriguez, 23, a South San Francisco, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

11:43 a.m., Chess Drive: A woman told police that her co-worker was hallucinating, but police determined she did not fit the criteria for a 72-hour mental evaluation.

4:12 p.m., Windsurfer Park, East Third Avenue: Police responded to what initially seemed a possible water rescue. The person turned out to be on shore, with  kite drifting unmanned out to sea.

6:51 p.m., , Metro Center Boulevard: Police cited and released Ricardo Aramburo, 23, a San Mateo resident, on suspicion of shoplifting.

Wednesday

10:14 a.m., Foster City Boulevard: An unknown suspect tampered with a car door, but did not steal anything from inside. The person did take the rear license plate mount and the registration tags.

12:55 p.m., Hydra Lane: An unknown suspect used someone's credit card to make two online fraudulent purchases worth $159.

2:26 p.m., Civic Center Drive: A man in his 20s with a beard, curly hair and dark clothing, was walking with a backpack and taking photos of fire tent vents with a 35mm camera.

5:09 p.m., Beach Park Boulevard and Vega Circle: An Asian male in his 40s, wearing a baseball hat, a large windbreaker, with a large build and medium height, and carrying a Blackberry cell phone. He reportedly approached the victim and said he was conducting a science project and then exposed his genitals. He was last seen running toward Shell Cove. Police could not locate the man.

Thursday

1:26 a.m., Beach Park Boulevard: Police and medics transported one juvenile to the hospital for being sick on alcohol after the teen and three other juveniles were arrested for being possession of alcohol.

10:45 p.m., Edgewater Boulevard and Pitcairn Drive: Police arrested Levi Small, 37, a transient, on suspicion of possessing dark, controlled substance and also paraphernalia. He booked into county jail.

1:26 p.m., Penscola: Someone reported a suspicious landscaping truck that was parked in the wrong direction, with apparently no landscaping work to be seen. Police determined the men to be legitimate landscapers working in the neighborhood.

1:31 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: A man threatened a mechanic after not being allowed to use the phone. He left the station on foot.

9:31 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Someone reported that an ATM appeared to have been burglarized. Police turned the case over to bank security.

10:37 p.m., CVS Pharmacy, East Hillsdale Boulevard: A shopkeeper told police that a Russian male grabbed liquor and fled the store. He was last seen driving a red Mercedes convertible with two female and a male. Police reviewed the security tape, however, and determined no crime had occurred.
