Tuesday

2:03 a.m., Sony Corp, East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police cited and released Gerardo Mesa, 54, a Redwood City resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

4:29 a.m., Corsica Lane: Someone reported that two cars had been broken into, without any property loss.

11:43 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: A resident reported that someone stole a license plate.

3:39 p.m., St. Vincent Lane: A window in the family room of a house shattered, initially from a BB gun, people thought. The double pane window was actually hit by a bird, which shattered the window on the spot.

5:33 p.m., Altair Avenue: Police cited and released Santos Garcia, 43, a Redwood City resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

7:29 p.m., , Shelll Boulevard: A man asked for police to report being threatened by a coworker's husband during a business trip.

8:54 p.m., Rock Harbor Lane: Police arrested Sergei Maltchenko, 45,  on a $5,000 warrant.

Wednesday

3:10 a.m., Admiralty Lane: Someone reported that a couple had been arguing for more than two hours, resulting in the arrest of Lourdes Mariano, 48, a Foster City resident, on suspicion of committing corporal injury to a spouse or co-habitant.

12:43 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard: Someone reported that a dog was in a car with no windows rolled down. Police contacted the owner and the dog was OK.

1:45 p.m., East Hillsdale and Edgewater Boulevards: Police cited and released Mario Valencia, 54, a Redwood City resident, on an outside $6,000 warrant dealing traffic violations.

3:31 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Norfolk: Police arrested Rhiannon Lawler, 30, a San Francisco resident, on a no-bail parol hold warrant, and also on suspicion of possessing of illegal paraphernalia.

5:10 p.m., Zumwalt Lane: A woman reported some seemingly suspicious juveniles who appeared to be playing and vandalizing the street. Police later determined they were residents drawing with sidewalk chalk.

11:57 p.m., East Hillsdale Boulevard and Highway 101: Police cited and released James Munoz, 20, a  Hayward resident, and Shonte Moore, 19, a Hayward resident, on suspicion of being a minors in possession of alcohol in a vehicle.

Thursday

12:48 a.m., , Foster City Boulevard: Police cited and released Brian Russel, 26, a San Francisco resident, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

10:15 a.m., Visa USA., Metro Center Boulevard: Someone vandalized the parking garage elevator.

1:49 p.m., Edgewater Boulevard: A resident reported a suspicious man near the restroom in Edgewater Park, but police later determined her was part of the sheriff's work furlough program.

2:37 p.m., Mariners Island Boulevard and East Third Avenue: Police cited and released Ditson Garcia, 33, an Oakland resident, on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked license. His passenger, Saul Sabillon, 42, also an Oakland resident, was arrested on outstanding Daly City warrant.

5:26 p.m., Catamaran: A possibly drunken man, wearing sunglasses, gray sweats and a blue jacket, and also carrying a laptop bag, was again hanging around the area after being told by management to not do so. Police could not located the man.

10:46 p.m., , Foster City Boulevard: Police arrested Arun Singh, 66, a Foster City resident, on suspicion of drunken driving and transported him to first chance.
