Friday

12:21 a.m., Pacific Flooring, Foster City Boulevard: Police cited and released Celeah Grogan, 21, a Foster City resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

7:17 a.m., Vega Circle: A woman wired $1,000 through Western Union to an unknown party who called her and told to send the money to claim some sweepstakes. The woman called police after getting calls asking for an additional $600.

8:29 a.m., Clipper Lane: A San Francisco resident found fresh blood on his car that he knew wasn't there when he parked his car the night before. The man called from home and does not want to return to Foster City to file a report.

2:12 p.m., , Edgewater Boulevard: Two men, roughly 19 years old, attempted to steal $120 worth of alcohol, but dropped it and ran after being confronted by a manager. The two, a white and Asian teen, were last seen running southbound on Edgewater.

3:06 p.m., Swordfish and Marlin Avenue: Someone reported an unattended girl, 3, who apparently followed the person into Sunfish Park form a nearby intersection. The mother had already reported the girl missing and police reunited them later.

12:21 a.m., Pacific Flooring, Foster City Boulevard: Police cited and released Celeah Grogan, 21, a Foster City resident, on suspicion of driving without a license.

Saturday

12:10 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested Christine Diaz, 38, a Daly City resident, on suspicion of drunken driving and taken to First Chance.

1:12 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested Jonathan Luna, 39, a Fremont resident, on suspicion of drunken driving and taken to First Chance.

7:49 a.m., , Sea Cloud Drive: Someone reported that a transient man had been sleeping in the score booth at park's baseball field. The man was gone at the time of the report.

4:12 p.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: A silver Toyota Tercel reportedly rolled out of its parking, unattended, and crashed into the car behind it. The owners swapped information.

4:28 p.m., , Edgewater Boulevard: An Asian female was reportedly scavenging through garbage cans in the park for recyclables and then left on bicycle down Edgewater. She was carrying several bags.

10:51 p.m., Seahorse Court: A neighbor called police to report that his neighbor's dog had been barking for the last hour. When police arrived, the dog was not barking. Officers then spoke with the owner.

Sunday

1:43 a.m., , Metro Center Boulevard: Police arrested Jerry Reynoso, 36, a San Lorenzo resident, on suspicion of drunken driving and taken to First Chance.

5:35 a.m., Foster City and Beach Park Boulevards: Police found someone who was passed out on the sidewalk and gave the person a ride to East Hillsdale Boulevard and Norfolk in San Mateo.

4:29 p.m., Port Royal Avenue: A burglar alarm triggered and a witness watched a white boy in his mid-teen years, open a side gate and then flee the area down the nearby pedestrian walkway.

6:01 p.m., Hudson Bay: A woman told police that her home had been broken into and the suspect stole jewelry. Burglary likely happened in last two weeks while she was out of town.

6:39 p.m., Foster City Boulevard and Chess Drive: Police arrested David Afu, 21, a Daly City resident, on suspicion of being drunk in public and took him to First Chance.

10:32 p.m., Foster City Boulevard and East Hillsdale Boulevard: A woman reported her friend was distraught over a recent break-up and called her to say she was standing outside her ex-boyfriend's house somewhere in the South Bay holding a knife. Police contacted all partied the and the were actually together and no knife was involved.

Monday

1:40 a.m., , East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested Marcos Tapia, 38, a Hayward resident, on suspicion of drunken driving and taken to First Chance.

12:48 p.m., East Hillsdale and Edgewater Boulevards: A woman driving a white, newer model Mercedes, with three juveniles passengers, flipped off a woman because she honked at her. The woman in the Mercedes was reportedly texting while driving and not paying attention.

2 p.m., Grunion Court: A man contacted police to report that an unknown suspect applied for a Citibank credit card in his name. The company denied the person and called the man.

4:31 p.m., Flying Fish: A man reported that some unknown people tied up a five-seat boat that the man thinks belongs to his neighbor.

5:34 p.m., Shell Boulevard: A woman called police after not being to get in her home because her daughter was not answering. Turned out she was sleeping and could not hear her mom.

6:19 p.m., Gull Avenue and Beach Park Boulevard: Someone reported that two men in a white Jetta pulled up in a church parking lot and got out of the car with paint ball guns. Police arrived and established that the two men were having car trouble and removed the guns from the trunk in order to retrieve the jack.
