Friday, Dec. 3

7:26 am, Edgewater Boulevard:  Police arrested Nelson E. Alvarado, 29, and transported him to county jail for a $1000 warrant out of the San Mateo County Sheriffs Office Department.

8:15 am, East Hillsdale Boulevard: A apartment complex employee reported a large amount of marijuana clippings  in a dumpster. Police located it and determined it was garbage. Officer were unable to verify if the clippings were a medical product or who they belonged to.

9 am, Tarpon on Bowditch: Someone reported a man who appeared to be soliciting in the area by approaching homes but were not leaving flyers or visible items. Two subjects contacted leaving business cards for a company. Police notified the parties that soliciting without a permit is against a city ordinance.

11:12 am, Foster City and Metro Center Boulevards: Police cited and released San Mateo resident Jonias Aguilon, 26, on suspicion of driving without a license.

6:40 pm, on Foster City Boulevard: Someone reported a black dog that was tied to a metal chair, dragged it and scraped the reporting party's car in the process. The dog's owner was later seen untying the dog and denied responsibility for the damage and denied that the dog was hers. Subject and dog drove away in a silver vehicle.

Saturday, Dec. 4

3:10 am, Dorado Lane and Juno: Police arrested San Carlos resident Rebecca  Stonoga, 25, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and booked into county jail.

11:57 am, on Metro Center Boulevard: Store staff reported that some people were fighting in front of the tire shop. The people were gone on arrival and one person left in a Jaguar and might have drunk.

4:25 pm,  on Sea Cloud Drive: Someone reported a lost purse after the owner placed it on the car roof and drove off, forgetting to retrieve it. She later cancelled the request after someone picked up the purse and returned it.

10:02 am,  on Chess Drive: Someone reported a verbal argument between two males in the parking lot of the hotel. The situation was mediated and the men went into their rooms for the night. 

Sunday, Dec. 5

2:08 am, Swordfish: Someone received a call from the San Mateo County Sheriff's Department advising him that they have located a vehicle registered to him unoccupied near Devils Slide in Half Moon Bay. The reporting party last saw his son around 1500 hours on Saturday and wanted to file a missing persons report. The son was last seen driving his green 2001 Acura MDX and wearing a gray northface jacket, blue jeans and carrying a blue backpack. He was later located by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

3:41 am,  on East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police arrested  San Diego resident Kasper Hsu, 27,  on suspicion of drunken driving and transported to First Chance.

11:57 am,  Vintage Park Drive: Police arrested Pacifica resident Shaun Dimond, 31, was cited and released on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

7:11 pm, Flying Fish: Someone reported that his ex-girlfriend is in southern California and just made suicidal statements to him via cell phone. The man refused to disclose her location. A southern California all points bulletin was sent and Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department was requested to attempt contact at her residence. A deputy made contact and determined she did not meet the criteria for a 72-hour psychiatric evalution. 

Monday, Dec. 6

4:13 pm, Crane Avenue: ONSTAR reported airbag deployment on a Red Buick Lacrosse in the area of Crane and Gull. Fire and medics also enroute. Vehicle located in front of 623 Crane involved in a non injury accident with a UPS vehicle.

7:07 pm, Pitcairn Drive on Edgewater Boulevard: Someone reported hearing a woman screaming for help. She appeared to be in a dispute with a male subject and was last seen on foot on Pitcairn toward Edgewater. They were gone on arrival.

9:24 pm, Winston Village on Vespucci Lane: Police assisted a stalled motorist.

9:08 am,  on Boothbay Avenue:  Someone reported that an unknown person entered through an improperly secured door sometime between 3:30 p.m. Sunday  and 8 p.m. Monday and burned the carpet with cigarettes.

9:52 pm,  Bodega: Someone reported that her son shoved her tonight, broke two doors and is threatening to throw the TV off the balcony. Fire & American Medical Response were declined. Case taken with no prosecution desired.

Tuesday

9:02 am, Chess Drive: The fire department aided with a fire near a budget truck rental.

11:31 am, Arcturas Circle: A resident reported a loud motorcycle and police contacted the owner.

1:11 pm, Tarpon on Beach Park Boulevard: Police found a terrier-like dog and dropped it off with animal control.

3:02 pm, East Hillsdale Boulevard: Someone reported a man parked outside of a Chase Bank with his window up, while another man was standing outside attempting to talk to him.

7:48 pm, Portsmouth Lane: A boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing. The woman was waiting in her car in front of her house and was planning to stay at a friend's house.

9:36 pm, East Hillsdale Boulevard and U.S. Highway 101: Police cited San Francisco resident Erik Deocampo, 32, on suspicion of driving without a license. 

Wednesday

9:51 am, Harbor Cove on Edgewater Boulevard: Someone requested a welfare check on a subject who did not show up for a 8 a.m. appointment and cannot be reached by phone. The reporting party called her employer while officers on scene and stated she was involved in a vehicle accident. 

10:43 am, Shell and Beach Park Boulevards: Police made a welfare check on a heavy set man in his 40's with a beard. Someone saw him crouching in some bushes and he looked like he was going to jump the fence. He was last seen walking towards Charter Square and was gone when police arrived.

11:36 am, Charter Square on Shell Boulevard: A citizen flagged down anofficer to report a found wallet. It was found inside India Cash & Carry 9:30 p.m. Police attempted to find the owner.

3:53 pm, on East Hillsdale Boulevard: Police took a confidential report juvenile abuse and neglect.

10:56 pm, Lurline Drive: Someone reported a dark colored van with tinted windows and two male occupants that have been frequetly seen over the last couple of weeks. Police contacted the individuals and determined them to be residents visiting with a friend. 

Thursday

2:26 am, Polynesia Drive: Someone reported s stolen garbage can and told police her was planning to investigate the theft further before filing a report.

9:59 am, Duck Court: Someone reported a truck blocking the roadway with its flashers on. It actually belonged to a city worker who finished his work and moved on.

2:09 pm, Brewer Island School on Polynesia Drive: Police responded to reports of a special needs student who supposedly assaulted a teacher. No assault occurred and the student was referred to Youth Services Bureau.

3:04 pm, Bounty Drive: A man called police to report that he has not heard from his friend in over a month and the phone is now disconnected. No answer at the residence and police discovered later that the house was unoccupied.

8:53 pm, Foster City Boulevard: Someone reported an open rear door at a business. Police check the business, deemed it fine and advised the security company.
